What’s Next? Data will be loaded from Level 2 to Questar on Monday, April 11. New accounts will be created for the Administration Site and DTC (District Test Coordinators) will be contacted when their account is created. DTC will then be able to assign user roles, register, and download secure browser.
What does the DTC need to do? Step 1: Log-in to the Administration site Step 2: Set up user roles Step 3: Complete Registration by April 29th Through the “Accounts” tab Verify district information Enter number of students to be tested Step 4: Download Secure Browsers Setup & Installation Guide (cbtsupport.nysed.gov) Download for iPads and Chromebooks – App Store

Other Users District Level User (DLU) - multiple users same permissions as the DTC School Test Coordinator (STC) – one per school manages all building level users Building Level User (BLU) – multiple users same permissions as the STC Teacher – Not a BLU test administration access only
