FEBRUARY 28, 2017 What is the expected subject matter of President Trump’s speech before Congress and the American people tonight? What are some of the President’s plans and how will he carry them out? Why is the murder of Kim Jong Nam having triple affects around the world?

1. Pres. Trump will outline the goals for the coming years 1.Pres. Trump will outline the goals for the coming years. He has released for points for his proposed budget. 2. Trump plans to increase U.S. defense and security spending by $54 billion and decrease about the same amount from non-defense programs. This budget will be a public safety and national security budget. This defense spending increase will be offset and paid for by finding greater savings and efficiencies across the federal government. He says we are going to do more with less. 3. Malaysia says four North Koreans were involved in Kim Jong Nam`s death, and South Korea has accused the North Korean government of ordering the murder. Because of controversy Trump cancelled informal talks between former gov. workers and Korean officials. Officials confirmed that VX nerve agent was used – a chemical which the UN has declared to be a weapon of mass destruction.
