Greek Temple Midterm Review

Practice for the midterm examination Save a copy of the image below and scale it based on the meter scale below. Get the dimensions from the scaled image round it off and draw the Greek Temple plan

Midterm Requirements You will be given the task to draw a similar plan Use the prescribed Sheridan standards for the following: Layers Colors Dimensions Text Plot to a specified viewport scale Use the proper Titleblock and titles Proper drawing Title and scale

Analysis of the Midterm Requirements Given the task, prepare by analyzing the exam requirements given the time allotment to finish the drawing and have it printed on paper What commands do you need to practice to automate parts of the construction of the drawing (e.g. identify similar parts that can be either copied, mirrored or arrayed) When should you place the components of the drawings in the proper layer so that as you copy the parts as already properly placed in the right layer Do you have the Sheridan standards settings in your template drawing? Do you have the proper Titleblock?

Analysis of the Midterm Requirements What layers do you need given the drawing requirement, analyze the components of the drawing Time yourself and try to finish the drawing under an hour, this will give you time for unexpected things that might happen during the exam.

Eat well, get enough sleep Take a washroom break before the exam Good luck!
