Figure Overall Survival in HSCT Patients Deficient in Vitamin D. Survival curves for patients deficient in Vitamin D at 100 days after HSCT was calculated using Kaplan-Meier and the Log Rank test. Patients with severe Vitamin D deficiency (Serum 25-hydroxy(25-OH) vitamin D levels ≤20 ng/ml, n=40) had significantly worse overall survival than those with Vitamin D level >20ng/mL (n=89)(p=0.044).
