History and Examination 83 year old female, independent living HTN, dyslipidemia and hypertension PAD – right SFA angioplasty in 2016 Severe left lower extremity claudication (Rutherford category 3), worsening over last 1 year

Labs and non-invasive testing Hb- 13.8 Platelets – 165 k INR – 1.0 Creatinine – 1.3 ABI- 0.94 (right), 0.74 (left)

Strategy Right CFA access 6F 45 cm crossover sheath Lesion crossing with 0.014 wire Nav6 filter deployment Pathway atherectomy DCB angioplasty Supera for recoil, flow limiting dissections
