Step Four: Create Classes and Usernames Select “Classroom Manager” at the top of your screen Select “Create a Class from School Roster”.

A new window will open. Enter a class name in the box. Scroll down to select students that are already entered, and/or add new students by selecting “Add New Students”. Student names will appear in the right column under “Review and Save Class”. Save the class roster.

If you need to add students that are not already entered, select “Add New Students”. Fill in all of the text boxes that have an asterisk. It is helpful to devise a system when creating usernames. This way, when you instruct your students to log in you can teach them the system rather than give each student specific login information. For example, I always use the student’s first name, followed by his/her last initial, and the year s/he will graduate. I make a single, simple password that everyone can get started with. Select “Add New Students” to add the names to the class roster. Don’t forget to then save your class roster.
