Petition Summary The Central Texas Chapter of the IEEE EMC Society formally petitions the Section Executive Committee of the Central Texas Section for approval to establish a Chapter bank account in accordance the MGA Operations Manual. Notes:

Recommendation Approve the petition The MGA rules and Section policies allow Chapter bank accounts. Using the combined Section account does not meet the needs of the Chapter. The Chapter is willing and ready to comply with all MGA and Section rules. No compelling reason exists to justify denying the Chapter’s petition. Notes:

Motion Approve the petition of the Central-Texas Chapter of the IEEE EMC Society to establish a bank account separate from the Central-Texas Section in accordance with the MGA Operations Manual. Notes:
