Critical Areas for Focus Your own self-study identified and you should continue to work on Areas for Focus Developing a platform for curriculum, unit plans, and assessment storage for the purpose of institutional memory Developing curriculum and maps, with systematic DSLO articulation and vertical alignment in line with curriculum review process Develop and implement a sustainable IT Plan Develop a protocol for reviewing faculty, student and parent feedback to help inform program and curricular decisions Develop a sustainable long-range resource plan Intentional collection and saving of pertinent information to support ongoing foundational information collection, analysis and storage
