EMSCG Who we are What we do How we do it The future – consultation on the White Paper QIPP is the new framework being adopted across the NHS to ensure that the changes required to commission and deliver health services in the new economic context and are not just considered as a cost cutting exercise.  The 4 key components of QIPP – Quality, Innovation, Productivity and Prevention are the four key areas against which all future changes should be measured.
