United Nations Conference on Trade and Development Key Issues on the International Economic Agenda The idea behind this Objective (P166 Bangkok Plan of Action) is to Enhance the knowledge and skills of policy makers on the inter-relationship between trade, finance, investment and development Strengthen their policy formulation and implementation capacity and negotiation skills at the bilateral, regional and multilateral levels.
