Benefits Exposure to the elderly, children, palliative care and chronic disease management (including MH) Social problems PCT and impact upon the practice NHS Practice Management QOF Experiences of the PHCT in the community Excellent preparation for CSA/AKT NHS Trainer offered tutorial on practice management pre AKT after returned to military

What might you change Maintain military contact ?military ES If ES not possible then visit from military trainer Or some ‘keep in touch days’ with the military Handover from trainer to trainer Move back to longer consultations initially
