Soci App Highlights Our Social Media Platform has a new app called “Soci Go!” that will allow admins to: Post from the app to FB and IG pages Receive alerts when an online review has been made Respond to reviews right from the app Direct message with Clients on FB
Soci Go! Registration Currently, the App is SEPARATE from iAPPS Unbound log-in credentials and will require that admins register for access. To register, visit: sportclips.com/socialapp The email you provide will be your username. The password will be: guyswin!1
Soci Go! Download You can download the app from the App Store (iPhone) or the Google Play Store (Droids)
Soci Go! Navigation The App will allow you to navigate to the following areas: Locations in your account Dashboard of a store Scheduler for posting content Queue of pending content to post Engagements of messages to FB page Reputation – area containing reviews
Soci Go!: Reputation (Reviews) As long as you enable notifications in your app’s setting, you can now receive alerts when a review is left for a store. Additionally, you can toggle to each store account and read the reviews from Facebook, Google and Yelp. To read and respond to a review, click the “See Full Review” link.
Soci Go!: Responding to Reviews Once you are in the “See Full Review” view, you can respond to reviews (as the store). All you will need to do is type your response in the “Write reply” field and then click the green “Respond” button.
Soci Go!: Accessing Locations In this version of the app, multi-unit admins can only access one store at a time. To select a specific store, simply go to “locations” in the Home menu and click on the desired store.
Soci Go!: Scheduling Content In this version of the app, multi-unit admins can only post to one store at a time. To select a specific store, simply go to “locations” in the Home menu and click on the desired store. Once there, click on “Scheduler” to pull up a calendar. Click a date and then add content to the fields as desired.
Soci Go!: Social Media Messaging Admins can now interface with Clients that message a store’s Facebook or Google page. To access those messages, navigate to the “Engagements” section on the Home Menu. Click on a message to pull up the interface to reply directly to the Client.
