THE GRATITUDE EXPERIMENT

WHY HAVE THEY BEEN INFLUENTIAL? SHARE IT WITH THEM! WHO HAS BEEN INFLUENTIAL IN YOUR LIFE?

WILL YOU ACCEPT THE DARE? THEY DID…

THE GRATITUDE EXPERIMENT

TODAY YOU WILL… You will reflect daily on your own character and identify ways you could improve it. You will demonstrate an Attitude of Gratitude by identifying someone influential in your life, describing why they are influential, and then tell that person why you chose them as an influential person in their life. You will reflect on how demonstrating gratitude made you feel in connection to your current level of happiness.
