The Purity of the Church
Therefore, brothers and sisters, in view of the mercies of God, I urge you to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God; this is your true worship. Romans 12:1–2 CSB

“phtheiro” means “to mess up; to make a mess of or create disorder in; perhaps with the idea of ruing or making useless by its disorder.”
Protect the unity of the church and refuse to speak critically about the church.
