We use Solution Circles to help solve problems together

to share an issue, problem, or situation that they are stuck with. Some one chooses to share an issue, problem, or situation that they are stuck with. They choose a team of six people to help them. Their 'Dream Team'

the issue that they are stuck with. We start by listening to the person decribe the issue that they are stuck with. no interuptions, no suggestions. just listen.

They can be used for any problem you might have

The Dream Team Discuss and ask questions In order to clarify the situation. One by one they offer ideas and solutions.

The ideas possibilities Suggestions. can be wild and wacky. as well as sensible.

The coach, or facilitator records all the ideas on flip chart.

The facilitator invites the person who has shared their problem to choose the three most possible solutions.
