Communication Zone Objectives Communicate and publicize: Chairperson’s vision and the NSBE mission statement Regional news, information & updates Opportunities Foster a strong relationship with membership Communication within the REB and membership Through meeting minutes Successfully share and communicate the Chairperson’s vision with the region and other external parties, allowing for chapters to align their events, programs etc. with the vision as well as the mission statement through relatable content that allows for engagement and interaction on all our communication avenues

Communication Zone Goals and Strategies Updated information on all communication avenues Social media: By RLC: by 5% By FRC: by 10% By NC: by 15% Continuous improvement Strategies Assign and track action items Social media: Relatable and creative content Interactive tools Membership spotlights Receive feedback * Create separate and updated websites for RLC and FRC and have both websites updated with all necessary information Track interaction and engagement on social media accounts after implementing new ideas Feedback on all communication avenues Assign and track action items to track the sharing of content to Secretary and rest of Comm. Zone Website: Make iterative improvements Consistent updates Campaigns through collaboration
