Know Where To Go The entire application and registration process can be accessed and completed from the DSU, CE web site. http://concurrent.dixie.edu/

Do You Have Your “D” Number? You should have already applied to DSU. If not, you’ll need to do so, to get your Dixie ID#. Click here to apply

What Browser Are You Using? If your using Chrome you’ll see a writable pdf you can fill out on the computer. Firefox users will need to open the form using Adobe Acrobat or just print it off and fill it in by hand. Explorer users… join the rest of us in the current century and exit your browser now.

Filling Out The Registration Form There is a second page to the application; a parent CE permission form, which needs to be signed and will also give them permission to be given information about your CE course(s).

Sophomores by Exception If you are in 10th grade you’ll need to add a Sophomore by Exception form

Forgot Your DSU ID#? Go to: https://concurrent.dixie.edu/admission/ and scroll to the bottom of the page. Or contact us during regular business hours at: Sheila Cannon (435) 652-7739 Kevin Simmons (435) 652-7671 If the only thing you leave blank is your D#, we can still register you in classes (we’ll just love you less than the others)

Print, Sign & Return Print and sign the registration form. Take it home and have a parent sign it. Attach a copy of your high school transcript Students taking CE English, Math, History or Government need to also include ACT or Accuplacer test scores. Return it to your high school’s counseling office by the end of the day Friday, Aug. 18th DSU will be picking them up Monday morning All late registration forms need to be delivered to the: Concurrent Enrollment Office DSU, North Plaza Bldg. #141 46 South 1000 East (one block down from Swigs, in the old Harmons bldg.)

We’re Glad To Have You As A Trailblazer! Remember, you are not getting college credit for taking a high school class. You are taking a college class while in high school. Your HS teacher has been approved as an Adjunct Instructor for Dixie State University. They will be teaching University approved curriculum as outlined on your DSU syllabus. The Dixie motto is: Take this class, your work, and your attendance seriously. You are now building your college transcript. Active Learning. Active Life.
