Role of the Workgroup Work with the IMDS steering committee, USCAR and GADSL to: Commonize OEM requirements where needed and possible. Make improvements Get clarification and reduce confusion Solve problems

Goals for 2009 Foster cost effective, efficient and well communicated policies and processes for IMDS and GADSL through: Proactive approach Better / Closer Relationship with the IMDS Steering Committee. Improved Relationship with CLEPA

Accomplishments Significant AIAG influence and intervention on: Use Conditions Recommendation 001 Version 7.0 Enhancements and Implementation Process Chemical Verification Flag Materials & Substance Warnings (SC90) Enhancements for next version AIAG attended the Steering Committee meetings several times this year and the SC has expressed appreciation for AIAG support.
