Chapter 1 Living a Healthy Life

If you were granted 3 wishes, what would they be If you were granted 3 wishes, what would they be? (no additional wishes) Dear_________, I regret that I have bad news for you. As you recall, we ran a number of medical tests last week. The results of those tests have been returned to me. Unfortunately, they confirm that you have a terminal disease. I have consulted a number of experts, and all agree there is no cure or treatment for your disease. You can expect to live for another two weeks or, at most two months. I am very sorry. Optimal level of energy, feeling of well-being Chronic Disorders Lack of energy, inattention, minor aches and pains Free from aches and pains Moderate level of energy Premature Death Loss of Health and Wellness Improved Health and Wellness High Level of Health Many people function below the wellness midpoint People on this side of the continuum usually exhibit a high degree of responsibility, discipline, and positive direction in life/ They accept responsibiltiy fo maintaining their own health People on this side of the continuum usually do not take responsibility for maintaining their own health
