BACKGROUND The country has no background experience on NPP. Too many issues that have to be controlled (in order to assure the same achievement in each phase).

OBJECTIVE To give technical support to the member state (who wish to introduce NPP) in develop its national infrastructure, step- by-step.

IAEA COUNTRY Define Indicators of each Issue for every phase Socialization to member Countries willing to Introduce NPP Country Status Self-assessment on each indicator’s achievement EVALUATE Country Profile (REPORT) VALIDATE stop achieved? Recommendation on what Country should do/prepare more. (IAEA REPORT) Country’s effort to achieve each milestone (as recommended by IAEA Report)
