This lesson we will be learning some important terms to navigate and evaluate the WWW. Learning Intention: Students will become familiar with internet terminology when researching websites. Success Criteria: Students will be able to correctly define key terms by using the google search engine.

They will be able to reflect on the process of evaluation by referring to their information in their table.

You will then need to save it into your student file to use to evaluate the websites on the next slide. If you are unsure how to create this table ask your teacher  We will now use the below evaluating websites criteria to practice our skills. You will need to create a table the same as the one in the next slide in the Word program please. If you find this difficult ask your teacher for help.

After you have finished the table add a new slide and answer the reflection questions Which of these sites do you think is the most credible? Explain your process in coming to this conclusion.
