January 2005 Proposal Downselection (15-04-0247-03-004a-tg4a-down-selection-voting-procedure) Presenters of each proposal shall be given the opportunity to make a final 5 minute statement to the group advocating their proposals just before the down selection voting starts. At the TG4a leadership’s discretion, an elimination vote may then be taken to remove proposals having little support within the task group. Each voting member shall cast a vote to further consider or not to consider each individual proposal.
