Website Evaluations: WHO WHO wrote the pages? Do not use personal pages Is there an author named? Is there a biography of the author? Is the author an expert with credentials (education, experience)? http://www.mindful-writers.com/about/

For website sources, you MUST display URL

Website Evaluations: WHERE Does the author or publisher provide sources for their information? Gun Control Does the author explain where their information comes from? Do they look like good sources? ILLEGAL ALIENS / BORDER SECURITY

Assessing a Website You MUST include a Web Page Evaluation checklist for the websites you are using in your research paper… …or else it will NOT count as a source. TIP: Assess the website BEFORE you start taking notes, just in case it is not reliable. Work smart!!

Reminder: Website Sources Copy the url from the browser when you are on the webpage you are using Paste into easybib on the website tab REVIEW THIS INFORMATION and fill any additional information that is missing Look for the red bordered boxes, these need information GATHER AS MUCH OF THIS INFORMATION as possible
