Abstinence is the only 100% affective way.

Male Condoms Male condoms is just one type of contraceptive that is used as a barrier, but are never 100% effective. The male condom only protects the area that it is covering from Sexually Transmitted Infections.

Female Condoms are used internally through the vagina. Female condoms are never 100% effective and only protect the area that is covered from STI’s
