Argumentation Homework (10/3-10/4) Type one argument expressing the function of metaphor in Robert Francis’ poem “The Hound.” This should consist of one assertion, one example and one explanation. No reassertion (concluding sentence) is needed. Make certain of the following: Your assertion’s function or purpose is clear, not a simple identification of the A/B of the metaphor. Provide context and active voice for your example, which should be one of the sentences of the poem, not a specific line. Provide a well developed explanation that not only identifies the A/B of the metaphor but also uses common knowledge to logically explain the connection.
