Healing Comes from God 2 Chronicles 7:12-22

2 Chronicles 7:13-15 13 When I shut up heaven and there is no rain, or command the locusts to devour the land, or send pestilence among My people, 14 if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. 15 Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to prayer made in this place.

Tragic scenes in the news Mass shootings, terrorists, suicide bombings, pipe bombs, guns in school Paris, France and San Bernardino, California Today – look at the promise of God and return to Him for healing

Healing is Available In the middle of the turmoil – healing is available from God The healing of a nation begins with the individual – one at a time Once we are healed – we can bring healing to others

Healing is Available People need to know how to find healing Matthew 11:28-30 28 Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For My yoke is easy and My burden is light."

Application Exhort those around you to be faithful Exhort the lost to obey the gospel Exhort one another Hebrews 3:13 but exhort one another daily, while it is called "Today," lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.
