  IHS – Project TransAm Equipment and Supplies are Obtained from Other Federal Agencies Through GSAXcess and Direct Transfers Items are Shipped Either to TransAm Warehouse or Direct to Customers Customers Can Select Warehouse Items from Inventory Lists Ownership of Items is Transferred to Customer via HHS-22
