Expose your child to different genres of books so he becomes a lifelong reader. These after-school programs will support common core standards including speaking and listening, language, and reading foundational skills. Lisa M. Fall Session mid-September-mid-November Winter Session January-February Spring Session March-April Early elementary: Listen to Shark vs. Train and practice your voting skills. Define your superhero skill and create a mask for your new identity. Thumb-wrestle with Stink and your classmates. Early elementary: Create a Monster Catcher net and go on a Great Monster Hunt. Make your very own Gingerbread Girl and hope she doesn’t run away. Early elementary: Join us for a weekly read-aloud of a classic story. Bring your own snack.
