Physical Activity

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY IS ANY KIND OF MOVEMENT THAT CAUSE YOUR BODY TO USE ENERGY.

Fitness the ability to handle physical work and everyday life without getting tired.

Exercise planned physical activity that is structured and repetitive and improves personal fitness.

THE FOUR TYPES OF EXERCISE

any exercise that involves the heart and lungs. Aerobic exercise any exercise that involves the heart and lungs.

Anaerobic exercise exercise that is intense that uses little oxygen,

Isotonic exercise to push or pull an object and there is movement. (Weight lifting,)

Isometric exercise to push or pull on an object and there is no movement. (Pushing against a wall).
