Staff culture survey Replace with your logo What’s happening? We’re carrying out a survey from the end of May to find out about the culture of our team/unit Why is this important? Good safety culture is crucial for patient safety and outcomes It will help us to understand our team/unit’s attitude to safety and learning How does it work? You’ll get an email asking you to take part It takes around 10 minutes to complete Please be open and honest What happens next?
