Landlord Library Created in 2007 Instant, 24/7 online information resource Structured development programme A key tool for NLA Accreditation.

Who can use it ? Available to everyone Free to NLA members Anyone who wants to keep their Accredited status up to date. £40 annual subscription fee for non members who just want access to the library. Local authorities in their dealings with landlords

More about the scheme NLA Accreditation begins with the Foundation course this can be done ONLINE or via a one day Attendance based event. Once the landlord has completed the course you are then required to sign the scheme rules. The scheme rules is the landlord’s declaration that they will continue their professional development.

What happens after the foundation course? Attendance at NLA meetings OR similar Landlord events. Completing modules on the Landlord Library. Attendance at a Landlord Development course.

CPD Record

Why NLA Accreditation ? It offers landlords a consistent National model of accreditation. It recognises all other forms of Development based accreditation. A passport facility is available. The NLA requires no fee from councils to work with us on accreditation. Supported and facilitated by our UK network.

Costs Accreditation online is FREE to all NLA members. It is FREE to all participating local authorities The landlord can just utilise the accreditation scheme. The foundation course in attendance costs £85 and is paid for by the landlord.
