Do you think that people are born with a certain amount of intelligence and/or skill or do you think that intelligence and skill is something that can be developed through hard work and perseverance or grit?

TODAY YOU WILL… Understand the difference between a Fixed and a Growth Mindset. Know the definition of Grit.

YOU CAN LEARN ANYTHING What is the main point of the video and why is that message important? How do you view failure? Is your view of failure a positive one or a negative one?

If someone needed immediate gratification (for example, they needed to see the results of their work right away or be told immediately that they did a good job), are they more or less likely to be successful? Adam Grant, in his book Originals, wrote this advice: ‘When our commitment is wavering, the best way to stay on track is to consider the progress we’ve already made.
