Career Aspiration Pyramid Enhanced Work Experience at KS 4/5. Apprenticeships. Accreditation and Qualifications ‘Experiential’ and other Intervention at Y8/9 (e.g. engagement events / Careers Carousel / Skills Clubs / ) (Employability and Life-skills) Curriculum provision at Y7/8 (e.g. My Personal Best) Local connectivity with Career Engagement Hubs Regular engagement with school career lead officers Healthy Futures; Health, Wellbeing & Employability in Schools

Progress Summary 9 schools are now full members of the network and have completed the Fit to Succeed Survey 20 interventions across 8 of the schools are being evaluated for effectiveness by the University of Chester 9 schools completed the first stage of ‘My Personal Best’ training in December 3 schools (20 students) completed the NHS Skills Club at WUTH in March 2016 The project is ‘shaping’ the content of the 2nd annual Safety Awareness Show in Wirral: July 5th-8th: The event is now career engagement focused First monthly ‘e-zine’ distributed in March 2016 ‘Bridging’ Health Leadership Qualification being developed April-July 2016 with SLUK and YST Healthy Futures; Health, Wellbeing & Employability in Schools
