Triangle Similiary Section 7.3

AA Similarity If two angles in one triangle are congruent to 2 corresponding angles in another triangle, then the triangles are similar.

SSS Similarity If the measures of all sides of 2 triangles are proportional, then the triangles are similar.

SAS Similarity If two sides of a triangle are proportional to the corresponding two sides of another triangle, and the included angle of each triangle is congruent, then the two triangles are similar.

Explain why the triangles are similar and write a similarity statement. c. b.
