Ghengis Khan Unites Mongols In the early 1200s, the Mongols were not even the Mongols, just warring tribes A man named Temujin untied these tribes They became Mongolia Temujin took the name Ghengis Khan, meaning, “Universal Ruler”

Ghengis Becomes a Fierce Ruler Quickly, Ghengis Khan built a reputation of fierceness The Mongols quickly began to conquer new lands Ghengis demanded strict military discipline and loyalty from all of the Mongol people He ruled conquered lands with toleration and justice He even began the conquest of China

Conclusion Ghengis Khan died in 1227, leaving his mark on the Eastern world. He left an empire stretching from the Caspian Sea to Korea and the Pacific Ocean. Ghengis Khan did not live to see the full conquest of China. He is one of the greatest rulers the world has seen in history.
