SPREADING OUT BRANCH COLLECTIVE AGREEMENTS - CALMING DOWN THE ECONOMY Improvement of industrial relations and promoting the dialogue; Enforcing branch standards and norms; Not loyal competition- “grey” sector; Investment in education and training.

APPLYING OF ANTICRISIS MEASURES. GOOD PRACTICES APPLYING OF ANTICRISIS MEASURES. CODES OF CONDUCT. Competition of ideas. Reconciliation of family and working life. Joint program for social dialogue development in the period 2009 – 2013. Ongoing activities; New priorities.

Approaches to the corporate social responsibility /CSR/ I. CSR = Care for staff and families of working people in the company. ІІ. CSR = Social activities for the benefit of local community. “There, where the state is in a lack of money, the business supports the community”. As a rule these activities are not bound to long term strategy, and the decisions are taken case by case: development of urban utilization, PR activities with social effect for supporting orphans, children and old persons living in care homes. III. CSR = activities with long term social effect = social investments. There is a thesis, that the business should not only compensate state weakness in several areas, but also to secure finances and scope for promoting creative activities, for applying new approaches, where the old ones did not work anymore: Attracting society attention on important social problems, permanent engagement of company with this problem, investments in education and training. ІV. CSR, nature and environment

Thank you and I wish you all good work. The challenges of globalization and the crisis forced new dimensions and new approach to collective bargaining. This leads us to upgrade and modernize our approach to the preparation and content of sectoral collective agreements - training, human capital development, organizational culture, competition - corporate social responsibility, combining work, family and personal life, the nitrate directive, ect. Thank you and I wish you all good work.
