Program Area C: System Development and Innovation Goal C.1: Expand access to integrated mental health care. Goal C.2: Expand partnerships with academic medical research institutions. Goal C.3: Continue to promote and support judicial leadership on mental health through the Judicial Commission on Mental Health (JCMH). Goal C.4: Expand coordination of services, access, and quality of care for Texas veterans and their families.
