Today’s Objective(s): I will use my knowledge of order of operations, expressions, factoring and distributing. So that I can review the concepts I will know I got it when I can accurately complete each station’s handout with my partners with at least 80% accuracy. 6.EE. 1-4

Language Objective By the end of the lesson, students will be able to use the language domains of reading and writing to communicate the academic math language of order of operations, expressions, factoring and distributing. They will be able to verbally review and write these concepts while using them in expressions and equations. Students will show they understand when they can accurately complete each station’s handout with their partners with at least 80% accuracy. Academic Math Language Vocabulary: order of operations, expression, factoring, distributing, equation.

Center Work: Students are to: Read over the directions and problem(s) at each station. With your group, you will answer the problem(s) When the teacher tells you to, you will move to the next station and follow the directions. You will only have 12 minutes at each station.
