Plan: Teachers work collaboratively to plan lessons, including differentiated strategies and integrated ELD strategies, designed to meet the needs of ALL students. Deliver: Teachers implement the planned lesson, including strategies. Peer observations are encouraged for the purpose of providing feedback and support. Reflect: Teachers work collaboratively to examine the implementation of the lesson, including instructional strategies. This reflection includes analysis of student work and learning results in relation to the standards as well as the degree to which the strategies were implemented as planned. Refine/Revise: Teachers use what they’ve learned during delivery and reflection to inform their practice, curricular design, and planning. (NOTE: planning must be completed by October 4 and delivery/observations by October 18.) How will we differentiate to ensure learning for ALL students? How might your PLC assess student learning during the lesson?
