It is very easy to use! The teacher creates a free account and then from there, I believe, there is a code to text the question in to the website. My class used it for asking questions during a review session. It gave students the opportunity to ask questions anonymously in case they were embarrassed to ask out loud. These questions created great conversation for the class.
