Objective To model the following aspects of patient data: Patient Lab Results/Observations E.g., HIV test, Hemoglobin Patient Vital Signs E.g., Heart Rate, Blood Pressure Medications E.g., Insulin, Aspirin Leverage DCM (and potentially HL7 RIM)

Next Steps To include “Medications” Review/verification of the ontology by other members of the COI group Consideration of mappings to SDTM and HL7 via BRIDG
