Fish n Chips Fish and chips is a popular English take away made from battered fish and thick potato chips.
Cottage Pie The Cottage Pie has two layers. The top layer is made out of mashed potato and the bottom layer is made out of mince meat, peas and carrots.
Yorkshire Pudding These are made by pouring a batter made from milk, flour and eggs into a preheated oiled baking pan.
Bubble and Squeak These are made with fried leftover vegetables from a roast dinner. Usually the main ingredients are potato and cabbage and sometimes carrots, peas and brussel sprouts etc. It’s often served with cold meat and pickles.
Afternoon Tea People in England really like to drink tea. A traditional afternoon tea in England has cups of tea with scones.
Toad-in-the-Hole It consists of sausages in Yorkshire Pudding batter. It is usually served with vegetables and onion gravy.
Bangers & Mash This dish is made out of pork or beef sausages with mashed potatos.
