Continue to develop the management skills of our staff with particular focus on presentation skills, mentoring and coaching. Maximise referrals through cross selling and professional intermediaries. Continue to manage our cost base and focus on the early and efficient completion of jobs and billings. Deliver on our KPI’s – chargeable time, recovery rates and WIP. Commit to and support the Rebrand initiatives Deliver on our environmental pledges.
