Fill the requisite details for Registration and click on Signup. Your account will be created on Web portal and email will be sent to your registered email id , advising your login id and password.

Using your login id (Registered email id ) and Password you may login on portal to reach your doctor for Requesting Appointment For Follow-up Consultation For Second Opinion All Requests need to be accompanied by payment of requisite doctor fee and portal usage charges

You (Patient) have been given unique Id on this portal to communicate with your doctor . You may edit your profile and change password Any message from Web Portal Admin will be displayed here Special Discount Coupon ( if any) given by your doctor to you will be displayed here . You may use them till they have validity

Review your appointment details and click to Pay Check/Read Cancellation and Refund policy carefully before payment

Your medical test reports uploaded on this portal are stored here for 6 months . Your doctor will be able to access your previous reports when you send your follow-up and/or Second Opinion consultation requests.

You may check your request status / cancel your request / check refund status here This Indicates maximum response time of doctor. Failing which request will be Auto Rejected
