What is Google Classroom? Google Classroom is an app that you can download on your phone, or log in on your computer It allows the teacher and students (as well as their parents) to communicate, assign homework, and keep track of what is going on day to day

How we at HUBS are using it All students in grade 6 to 10 have their own HUBS email account that they use with Google classroom They log into Google classroom on their phones or computers with this account and then will have access to all their classes

Everyday day I update Google classroom with what we did today in that class, what the homework is for the next day, and attach any files if there are any.

What is expected of the Students With Google classroom there should be no reason for students to not have their class or homework done If they have lost the worksheet, they can simply print it from the classroom If they are absent, it is expected that they use Google classroom, as well as contact the teachers and other students to keep track of their school work. Homework is expected to be handed in as soon as students get back from their absence (unless other arrangements are made with the teacher)

What we would like the parents to do Give us your email We will add them to google classroom You will get an invitation email When you accept it, you will get a summary of what we posted
