Aim: What is culture, cultural diffusion and ethnocentrism? Do Now: Copy Culture: The way of life of a civilization that is handed down from one generation to the next. Cultural Diffusion: The spread of culture through exchanges such as trade, travel and warfare. Ethnocentrism: Belief that one’s own culture is better than others. Anthropologist: A scientist who studies cultures.
