SB 2015 Section 5 $500,000 to Behavioral Health Division Develop and implement a strategic plan to increase behavioral health workforce across the state

SB 2015 Section 8 Provides for the creation of an inmate population management plan Applicable to county and state corrections systems Jail and prison beds are a finite resource Encourages alternatives to incarceration Prioritization based on numerous factors
