Our Goal Today I will… (Objective): Apply properties of operations to construct and solve equations and inequalities. So that I can… (CC Standard): Solve word problems leading to equations of the form px + q = r and p(x + q) = r, where p, q, and r are specific rational numbers. (7EE.B.4A) Solve word problems leading to inequalities of the form px + q > r or px + q < r, where p, q, and r are specific rational numbers. (7EE.B.4B) I will know I have it when…(Classwork/Assessment): I can solve equations and inequalities fluently. I can create and interpret equations and inequalities in the context of a problem.
