Drawing Tools Drawing toolbar Excel does have capability in creating drawing which allows worksheet decoration. Provided tools are simple but powerful enough to create sophisticated drawing Drawing toolbar

Available tools Shape tools Line / Arrow tools Pre-built symbols Color tools Drawing pointer/selector Line style Drawing main menu 3D options Arrow options

Lines

Creating Curves AutoShapes  Lines Right click on the curve, select Edit Points to adjust curvature In Point edit mode, select Add Point to add more control points

Rectangular / Oval You can create free form rectangular and oval Hold SHIFT key to scale your drawing Hold CTRL key to center your drawing Use fill tool to blank or change filled color Use line style / color tool to change line type / color

Color tools Use to change color of lines Use to change color/ fill pattern/ texture of object

3D tools You can add 3D effect to almost every object you created

Orientation tools You can rotate, flip your drawing as you wish Go to Draw menu  Rotate or Flip
