Built Environment Professions Bill B53-2008 The proposed Bill does not address the issues affecting the pipeline components in an integrated way The only way to contribute to accelerating the transfer of skills, and transformation would be to enhance engagement with the related Government and Statutory structures and support the Voluntary Associations which are at grass roots levels
